the receptionist with the short name helped me a lot with the receipts for my stay.
the room reeked of urine, unpleasant (especially during a heatwave). there was no air conditioning. the fridge also didn't get cold enough, a problem that wasn't adressed by the staff.

the room was clean. a breakfast and evening meal deal was available and seemed worthwhile. the breakfast itself featured hot items and a decent variety.
the bathroom seemed small. i felt i had to squeeze around the toilet to shut the door and reach the shower. some scottish notes i attempted to use were not accepted, which i found unusual.
