Mohit, the guest service manager, provided excellent service. He paid attention to every detail. He greeted guests warmly and performed every task with enthusiasm. The check-in process was fast and included friendly service. Staff members also helped with bags, which I appreciated.
The room showed signs of needing maintenance. The blackout curtains were hanging off their clips. This simple fix could improve the room's overall appearance

the morning staff provided really good assistance! they readily supplied extra towels and prepared the sofa bed in our family room. the evening staff member was very professional and helpful during their second shift. the room was indeed lovely and clean, which i appreciated.
i noticed the absence of a sanitization sticker on our door, unlike some other rooms.

the staff were FRIENDLY, so that was acceptable.
I stayed one night and asked for a fan, but reception said they did not have any. Other rooms apparently had taken all the available fans. The family room I booked was VERY tired. Old dirty carpets covered the floor.

the room reeked of urine, unpleasant (especially during a heatwave). there was no air conditioning. the fridge also didn't get cold enough, a problem that wasn't adressed by the staff.

the room was clean. a breakfast and evening meal deal was available and seemed worthwhile. the breakfast itself featured hot items and a decent variety.
the bathroom seemed small. i felt i had to squeeze around the toilet to shut the door and reach the shower. some scottish notes i attempted to use were not accepted, which i found unusual.
